Crystal Palace powered to Reserve League Cup success as they defeated Nottingham Forest 5-0 in the Final at Eastwood. Charli-Mae Goad netted two of the goals and there was one apiece from Ronnell Homes, Mia Lockett and Beau Parker as Palace lifted the trophy for the first time.

The inaugural winners of the Reserve League Plate are Coventry Utd, who came from behind to win 2-1 after extra time against Wolverhampton Wanderers in a well contested Final. Chloe Shirley gave Wolves the lead early in the second half and they held on until the last few minutes, when Ellie White equalised to send the game into the extra period. Rhea Bailey put Coventry ahead for the first time when scoring direct from a corner and they held on to lift the trophy.

Leeds Utd U23 extended their lead in North Division Two to three points by winning 3-0 away to Stockport County. After a goalless first half, Stacey Buxton gave Leeds the lead and they went on to add further goals through Lucia Hilton and Abbie Langstaff. Molly Waite scored a late equaliser to earn second placed Sheffield FC a 1-1 draw against Hull City, whose goal came from Jennifer Randall. Barnsley ran out 5-1 winners over Liverpool Feds, thanks to an Emily Pierrepont hat-trick and double from Lauryn Wilcock.

One match was played in Midland Division Two, Crewe Alexandra winning 5-1 against The New Saints and the result has taken them up into second place. Maddie Dodd, Grace Duckworth, Amy McDermott, Rebecca Garner and Ellie Slaney all netted a goal apiece for Crewe.

Southampton FC caused a surprise in the South Division when they beat high riding Lewes 6-1. A win would have taken the Rookettes level with leaders Crystal Palace but a Chloe Newton hat-trick, Ellie Chaffe brace and Laura da Silva powered Southampton to victory.

Sofia Casaubon Stovold netted the only goal of the game as Tottenham Hotspur won 1-0 at London City Lionesses to take over the leadership of the South East Division. Milton Keynes Dons defeated Norwich City 3-1 thanks to Mia Chiarizia, Andie Dickens and Amy McLean, whilst AFC Basildon moved Cambridge Utd after they beat them 6-1, Amy Jacobs netting four times along with Jodie Osborne and Mai Choi Wan.
