After what has been a long delay, three of the outstanding four ties from the Third Round Qualifying of the Vitality Women's FA Cup were played on Sunday. Leyton Orient came through an awkward tie away to Eastbourne Town, booking their place in the First Round with a 4-1 victory. Hayley Barton, Kate Bradley and Allison McCann put the O's 3-1 ahead at half time, with Kellie Larkin replying for Eastbourne, before Egle Trezzi dashed any hopes of a recovery by the home side with thirteen minutes remaining. Orient will be at home to Actonians Ladies in the next round this week. Liverpool Feds meanwhile travelled north to play Fleetwood Town Wrens of the North West League and returned with a 3-0 victory under their belts. Erin Slade put the Feds in front after twelve minutes and she added her second on the half hour, before Chloe Fisher sealed the victory midway through the second half. Liverpool Feds will face opponents from the same league in the First Round, as they are away to FC United of Manchester. Enfield Town made it a hat-trick of away wins for National League sides against lower league opposition with a 2-1 success at Luton Town. Erica Byron did put Luton ahead from the penalty spot earlier on but Enfield hit back to take the win with goals either side of half time from Beau Parker. However Enfield must wait to discover who their next opponents will be as the tie between Kent Football Utd and AFC Wimbledon fell victim to a waterlogged pitch, and the match is set to be played this coming Sunday.
