Eastern Region League
Wymondham Town made it three wins in a row and head the Premier Division on goal difference as they beat St Ives Town 5-2. Francesca Catchpole and Hannah Waters each scored twice, with Rebecca Russell adding the other, whilst St Ives replied through Amy Challis and Emily Smith. Wroxham are keeping pace with Wymondham, also winning 5-2 against King's Lynn Town thanks to a Grace Birchall hat-trick, Amber Cantwell and Lauren Bullard. Tiffany Forshaw and Rachel Skinner were on target for King's Lynn. Haringey Borough are in third following their 2-1 victory over Bowers & Pitsea, whose consolation came from Courtney Fraser. Royston Town are the division's other unbeaten team, they shared a 1-1 draw with Bedford Ladies who scored through Natasha Fensome. Olivia Abraham was on target for Luton Town as they picked up their first point by drawing 1-1 with Colney Heath, who had taken a first half lead with a Grainne Kellett goal.
Cambridge City Development made it two wins out of two in Division One North, Isabelle Ely and Shannon Shaw giving them a 2-1 victory away to Biggleswade Utd whose consolation came from Tayla Murray. Needham Market meanwhile defeated Newmarket Town 4-1 thanks to a Joanna Brawn double, Abbie Fisher and Eleanor Rossiter.
Leigh Ramblers have taken over the early leadership of Division One South from Herts Vipers Women, who did not play, after they won 3-0 away to Billericay Town Development. Rhianne Cunningham, Georgia Holdaway and Isabelle Wallings were the markswomen for Leigh. AFC Sudbury and Cheshunt finished level at 1-1 with goals from Phoebe Guiver and Karesha Iton respectively, meaning both teams are still unbeaten so far. Hutton notched up their first victory of the season, 2-0 against East Bergholt Utd thanks to Amber Amey and Grace Holt.
London & South East League
Ashford Town (Middlesex) have made a fast start to the new season and head the fledgling Premier Division table on goal difference after winning 8-1 against Aylesford. Alissa Down led the scoring for Ashford with a hat-trick, Ashley Cheatley and Anya Kinnane each added braces and Lavana Neufville was also on target, whilst Aylesford's consolation came from Amanda Beeput. Dartford won 3-0 away to Saltdean Utd to keep pace with Ashford on six points, courtesy of an Amy Green double and Emily Read. Ellie Pace scored the goal for Whyteleafe as they shared a 1-1 draw with New London Lionesses, both teams picking up their first point of the season.
Dorking Wanderers are the early leaders of Division One North, Sarah Chapman scoring the only goal of the game as they won 1-0 against Sport London e Benfica. Dorking head the table on goal difference from Dulwich Hamlet Res who scored seven times without reply past Watford Development. Dorian Senmani Sani netted twice and she was joined on the scoresheet by Stephanie Addison, Rhea Gall, Asia Brown, Becky Hopkins and Kamilla Hjelmsbo. Hackney meanwhile opened up their campaign with a fine 2-0 victory away to Walton Casuals, goals coming from Kate Meehan and Lizzie Tucker.
Hastings Utd continue to set the early pace in Division One South, thanks to a 3-1 victory over Herne Bay. Sian Heather netted twice and Claire Johnson the other for Hastings, with Bay grabbing a consolation through Gemma Shepherd. AFC Acorns are the other team on six points after winning 4-0 away to Meridian Girls, Eleanor Killick-Bird bagging a brace along with Poppy Nicholls and Mariangelis Escalona. Newhaven picked up their first victory of the season, beating Maidstone Utd 5-1 with goals from Katie Franks (2), Faye Hannaford, Lauren Smith and Paige Ripley, Grace Mayhead replying.
