The Regional Leagues


East Midlands League


Loughborough Foxes Vixens completed their league campaign with a 3-0 victory over Rotherham Utd and end up a single point behind title winners Chesterfield. Mansfield Town will also finish in the top three after they won 2-0 away to SJR Worksop, with Olivia Standeven and Elish Whittaker on the scoresheet.


Nottingham Trent University require one more point to confirm themselves as Division One Central champions following their 1-1 draw with Long Eaton Utd. Mia Bradley scored for the students, with Long Eaton netting through Mia Newton. Hannah Green, Leah Radford and Alice Hayes accounted for the goals as Asfordby Amateurs came from behind to beat Basford Utd 3-2 and, after drawing 3-3 with Coalville Town Ravens in midweek, they are now the only team which can still match the Uni's points total, after University of Nottingham crashed to a 4-1 defeat in their final game at Melbourne Dynamo, for whom Beth Jones hit a hat-trick and Katie Mayfield added the other.  


New Bradwell St Peter need to win their final game in order to land the Division One South title, keeping themselves on course with a 6-0 victory over Brackley Town Juniors. Cara Brooker bagged a hat-trick, Sapphire Rohan added two and Rachael St John-Mosse was also on target, leaving them two points behind leaders Newport Pagnell Town. Their opponents this Sunday will be Netherton Utd, who will go into the match in good form after beating River City 7-2, Katie Steward hitting a hat-trick along with Andreia Oliveira, Maddison Parry, Jessica Perrin and Cassie Jenkins.


Eastern Region League


Champions Stevenage FC Women keep on winning and now head the table by a whopping sixteen points after their 2-0 victory at St Albans City, in which Sarah Wiltshire and Gemma Croucher were on target. Frankie Pim (2) and Isabella Simmons scored for Royston Town as they won 3-1 at Enfield Town to climb back into second, ahead of Wroxham who were held to a goalless draw by Harpenden Town. Bowers & Pitsea meanwhile rounded off their campaign with a 5-1 victory over Watford Development.


Histon are only a single match away from completing the season with a 100% record, following their 1-0 victory over Newmarket Town with Abigail Davies netting the only goal. Stevenage Women Development have taken the runners-up spot after they won 4-2 at Colney Heath, courtesy of a goal each from Amy Drew, Samantha Dziminowicz, Sophie Hendy and Tegan Wilson. Jordan Rockall netted a hat-trick and Natasha Ridley the other as Hitchin Belles edged out Dunstable Town Lionesses by the odd goal in seven and Mulbarton Wanderers ran out 5-0 winners over Thetford Town with goals from Tallie Chilleystone, Laura Hedtke, Rebekah Lake, Alanta Griffith and Molly Stevenson.


Hashtag Utd Res have had a great season in Division One South and the title winners rounded off the campaign with another win, 1-0 against Toby FC Women. Motunrayo Ojobaro secured three more points when she scored the only goal of the game with eighteen minutes remaining.


London & South East League


Saltdean Utd remain in the driving seat for the title after Georgia Bridges and Rubie Harris gave them a 2-1 win over Dorking Wanderers. Dartford stay as their main rivals, they ran out 4-0 winners against Newhaven courtesy of Shauni Griffiths (2), Xayla-Rae Alberts and Leila Awan. Brentford keep hold of second place but are running out a games, Ashley Cheatley and Maddie Phillips both hit hat-tricks as they netted ten without reply past Sport London e Benfica. Freya Worsley contributed a double and the tally was completed by Alissa Down and Paula Holguin Milla. Millwall Lionesses had a high scoring day themselves, beating Ebbsfleet Utd 8-2 with a Ciara Watling hat-trick, Madison Grandys, Kayda Townsend, Maisie Joyce and Sydney Brooks-Hughes, whilst Charlotte Close (2) and Chanel Morris took Ashford Town (Middlesex) to a 3-0 win at Aylesford.


Bromley continue to set the pace in Division One North after first half goals from Beth Hull, Phoebe Murton and Charlote Lee saw them to a 3-0 win at Herne Bay. Long time leaders Hammersmith can still overtake them by winning their games in hand following an emphatic victory over Soccer Elite Football Academy, Isobel Douglas bagged a hat-trick whilst Madeleine Hills, Portia-Milan Langley-Wright and Olivia Woodward all netted twice and Mia Castillo, Lashan Millwood, Aya Mirjan and Mia Walters also got on the scoresheet. In contrast, Camden Town and Dulwich Hamlet Res battled out a goalless draw whilst Clapton Commuinity were 2-1 winners at AFC Greenwich Borough with goals from Maria Mendonca and Marta Perez.


Eastbourne Borough have maintained their lead of two points at the top of Division One South, Molly Hill and Beth Creese both netting twice as they won 4-0 at Steyning Town Community. Kate Delillis, Rhiannon Hambleton and Millie Carter accounted for the goals as second placed Bognor Regis Town notched up a 3-0 success at Hastings Utd and Leatherhead kept their hopes alive by beating Sevenoaks Town 5-1 thanks to Annacristi Bernasconi, Cassie Brown, Megan Button, Lauren Nicholson and Gemma Staple.


North East League


Thornaby Women went to the top of the table, having played a game more, on Wednesday night when they won 5-1 at Sunderland West End with goals from Sophie Curle, Eve Gatens, Nicki Gears, Jane Harland and Sophie Tierney. Sophie Greener (2), Ellie White and Chloe Young were the markswomen for Alnwick Town Juniors as they beat South Shields 4-1 to keep hold of third place, just ahead of Spennymoor Town who also won 4-1 against Sunderland West End with Ellie Wise (2), Megan Elliott and Autumn Colledge on target. Chloe Adam netted the only goal for Ponteland Utd in their 1-0 victory over Harrogate Town and Brunsmeer Athletic were 4-2 victors at Ossett Utd, Harriet Lloyd bagging a hat-trick and Millie Kenyon the other.


It's now advantage Birtley Town in the Northern Division title race after they beat i2i International Soccer Academy 2-1 in the top of the table clash on Thursday night. Courtney Mole and Emma Hewett were on target to take Birtley one point ahead, with both teams having two games left to play. Stockton Town increased the gap in third with a 3-0 win away to Washington FC Women with goals from Grace Campbell, Talia Korucu and Kaitlyn Bell, whilst Hartlepool Utd notched up their third win of the campaign, beating Park View 4-2 with a goal apiece from Olivia Bell, Becca Emery, Grace Raw and Emily Stuart. Norton & Stockton Ancients Res meanwhile rounded off their campaign in midweek by defeating Hartlepool Utd 3-1 thanks to Ellie Hamilton (2) and Anna McArthur.


The two horse race in the Southern Division continues, leaders Leeds Modernians winning 2-1 at Lower Hopton with goals from Ellis Baxter and Mia Moorhouse whilst Handsworth netted seven times without reply past York City Development, Abby Watkinson was on target four times along with Justice-Dior Greaves, Delia Hurdiss and Demi West. On Thursday night, Leeds Modernians increased their lead to five points as they beat York City Development 7-1 with an Aimee Myers hat-trick, Ellis Baxter, Sarah Cormack, Hannah Grieg and Katie Breckin.


North West League


Naomi Lawrence led the scoring with a hat-trick, as West Didsbury & Chorlton ran out 6-1 winners over Fleetwood Town Wrens in the Premier Division. Ava Bushell weighed in with a brace and Rachel Mason added the other goal to leave their team still in with a chance of finishing in the top half of the table. This hope was ended on Wednesday night when they lost their final match, 4-0 at the hands of Champions AFC Fylde. Lois Moore, Ocean Flanagan and Niamh Corrigan put the Coasters three ahead at half time, with Orlaith O'Mahony adding the final goal after the break. Fleetwood meanwhile bounced back to win 2-1 against FC United of Manchester with Holly Hunter and Brooke Mulholland scoring their goals.


South West League


League leaders Torquay Utd did not play on Sunday, meaning that second placed Sherborne Town kept their slim title chances alive with a 5-1 victory over Dorset rivals Poole Town. Hannah Eglon and Imogen Miller both scored twice for Sherborne, with Keira Leney adding the other, whilst the Dolphins' consolation came from Lucy Coalter. Forest Green Rovers still have the most realistic opportunity to overhaul Torquay and they narrowed the gap by scoring seven times without reply past Frampton Rangers. Isabella Williams led the scoring with a hat-trick and Estelle Randall netted twice, with one apiece from Hattie Jones and Rhian Robbins. Gloucester City moved up into fourth, their highest position of the season to date, when they defeated Saltash Utd 9-2 with Georgia Vandries and Sachiko Kaneko-Grun each netting four of the goals. An own goal completed their total, with Gracie Procter and Beth Prouse replying.


It has been a busy week in the Division One North title race with a number of twists, and it ends with Corsham Town six points clear at the top but having played three games more. On Sunday they battled out a thrilling 3-3 draw with Whitchurch Ladies and were pegged back by an equaliser deep into injury time from Ilarna Nche, who netted her second on the day, with Hannah Gillett adding the other. Shannon Redhouse, Chauntine Lyons and Tia-chanay Harris all scored for Corsham, who then defeated Cirencester Town 5-0 on Wednesday night thanks to Tia-chanay Harris (2), Shannon Redhouse, Ruby Hopkins and Madeline Elliott. It has been a mixed week for Bitton who, first of all, avenged their GFA Women's Trophy Final defeat to Cirencester Town a few days earlier by winning their league meeting 4-2. Skye Coole netted twice along with Hayley Honeywell and Layla Soppelsa, with Hollie Giles and Annie Martin replying. However on Wednesday night, they were beaten 1-0 by Royal Wootton Bassett Town, a spectacular 20-yard strike from Tara Taylor leaving matters now in Bassett's hands in second place, with Bitton a further three points adrift in fourth. Inbetween are Whitchurch Ladies who also played on Wednesday, running out 5-0 winners over Bath City Women thanks to Hannah Gillett (2), Emily Plummer (2) and Xanthe Taylor. Briony Hayward was on target for Downend Flyers as they drew 1-1 with Paulton Rovers, who scored through Alexei Turner, whilst Stockwood Wanderers boosted their chances of climbing out of the bottom three when an Isabella Marsh double, Maddison Stadden and Ruby-Mai Ashman gave them a 4-0 victory over AFC Brislington.


Yeovil Town are one win away from lifting the Division One South title following their 4-1 victory away to Feniton. Chloe Perham netted twice for the Glovers along with Jodi Cornwall and Laura Cheesman, with Sian Aslett replying.


Southern Region League


Wycombe Wanderers now face an anxious wait to see if they have landed the title after their final match ended in a 3-0 defeat at AFC Portchester. Kim Fuller, Layla Morgan and Laurie Potvin all scored for Portchy who can still overhaul Wycombe by winning all of their remaining games, as can second placed Winchester City Flyers who kept their own hopes firmly alive by beating Sholing 6-2 with goals from Emily McDonough (2), Chelsie Hay, Laura Vokes, Charlie Snelling and Annie Northwood. Tia Johnson hit a hat-trick, with Karen Banduka and Mia Parker adding the others, as Reading FC Community Trust continued their good form with a 5-0 victory over Woodley Utd and this takes them up to fifth, ahead of Beaconsfield Town who were beaten 3-2 by Fleet Town, whose markswomen were Imogen Cockerell (2) and Lily Martin. Oxford City scored six times without reply past Badshot Lea, Ellie White bagging a brace with the others from Reese Ayres, Grace Craven, Emily Harris and Katherine Parsons.


Penn & Tylers Green have climbed into second in Division One North following their 6-2 victory over Oxford City Development. Megan Brockwell and Tara Woodward both scored twice along with Annalise Scott-Green and Rebecca Stopforth. Chloe Forrester, Ellie Owen and Charlotte Bigmore were all on target in Abingdon Utd Development's 3-0 win against Kidlington Youth and Ascot Utd Res beat Farnborough 1-0 with a second half goal by Nicole Miller.


Farnham Town have been made to wait a week before they can land the Division One South title. after they were beaten 2-0 by Bournemouth Sports Res. Freya Jennings scored both goals for Sports whilst second placed Havant & Waterlooville narrowed the gap, winning 2-1 at Bursledon courtesy of Emma-Jane May and Phoebe Fitzgerald. Andover New Street also still have a mathematical chance of overhauling Farnham and they kept those hopes alive by defeating AFC Stoneham 3-1, Freya Twigg netting twice and Keira Smith the other. Guernsey meanwhile completed their first season in the league on a winning note, 2-1 at AFC Varsity thanks to Heidi Dawber and Donna Gallienne.  


West Midlands League


Hednesford Town are through to the League Cup Final after Ria Elsmore, Madison Farley and Marsha Malik gave them a 3-1 victory over Chasetown. Opposing them in the Final - at Evesham United FC on 10th May - will be Coventry Sphinx, who defeated Solihull Moors 3-0 in the other semi final.


Lye Town have finished their fixtures with one hand on the trophy but must wait before likely being confirmed as Champions. On Sunday, Natasha Baptiste netted twice along with Britanee Lote, Lafe Uche, Sunya Salim and Macy Fox as they ran out 6-1 winners over Burton Albion and they followed this up on Thursday by beating Shrewsbury Town 3-2 thanks to Natasha Baptiste (2) and Britanee Lote. Shifnal Town are the last remaining team which can catch their points total but will need to win all of their eight matches still to be played. They kept those slim hopes alive with a 5-1 victory against Alvechurch, Tayler Davies scoring a hat-trick and others from Rebecca-Lee Bown and Coleen Johnson. Shrewsbury Town had gone into the midweek game in winning form, having beaten Coundon Court 2-1 with strikes from Katie Doster and Alicia Robinson.


The title race in Division One North was decided on Friday night, when Lichfield City beat Walsall FC Women 1-0 at the Bescot Stadium. Lichfield went into the game needing to avoid defeat and a goal twenty minutes from time by Shelbie Cartwright took them over the line. Whitchurch Alport meanwhile battled out a 2-2 draw with AFC Telford Utd, who scored through a brace from Abi Beady.


Knowle still lead the way by three points in Division One South, after Trina Greaves (2) and Darcey Garner gave them a 3-0 victory over Long Itchington. Droitwich Spa are not giving up the chase in second place, they beat Halesowen Town 3-2 with Georgia Marrett, Ameerah Ishola and Tilly Pearson all getting on the scoresheet. Katie Rogers bagged a brace as Redditch Utd won 2-0 at Bromsgrove Sporting and Crusaders edged out Hereford Pegasus 2-1 thanks to Sarah Blanks and Dionne Williams.
